Update

I feel I owe a blog post, I get slightly weary when I don't update for a few days - especially recently - I just wish I had more intriguing news to write about. I want to write about Halloween, about how amazing it was, not to mention wild. How I got far more pissed than I intended and looked a lot more like a hooters girl than anything else (yes, Alice in Wonderland was scrapped). But, to be honest, I think me recounting everything would be immensely boring, not to mention dry. Halloween was one of those "had to be there to find it funny" kind of things. So I'll spare you the boredom and continue to write about other non relevant crap.I am feeling very sleep deprived today. I had a Wii match yesterday - they are extremely frequent when my friends are around. I totally smashed everybody with my amazing talents. And then, just because he had to show off, Ryan challenged everyone to a Guitar Hero Marathon. I won, some of the time... that boy is incredibly unbeatable. My writers block has finally ebbed! I am now writing daily now, usually late at night when I find time to sit down and breathe. Its a shame Halloween is gone, I dont want to wait another year to get dressed up again. New Year! New Year I will dress up, even if noone else does. Actually, to be honest, I didnt make too much of an effort with my "costume" on saturday, most of it was from my own closet. Still, it made an impression. I finally got round to reading "The Vampire Diaries". People who know me, know I have been talking non stop about CW's recent show which stars hottie Paul Wesley and actress Nina Dobrev. Im undecided on the books, they're good, but unfortunetly not as good as Twilight - which immedietly fuels annoyance because the Twilight saga is written poorly. L.J.Smiths Vampire Diaries are written much worse. The writing, to me, is very mechanical and lacks in description but thats just me. People I've spoken to love Smiths writing, unfortunetly I'm not one of them. Another annoyance is the fact that I started watching the show before reading the books, and I prefer the show purely because its what I knew first. Elena - in the book - is less likeable than she is the show and sports blonde hair rather than brown. Stefan and Damon are pretty much the same, but main characters are missing from the show which made me frown a little. Still, I'm on the 3rd book "The Fury" which is starting to confuse me slightly, but Elena is becoming more likeable. I sincerely hope they carry on with the show on CW because its truly awesome. I'm finding I'm waiting more eagerly for a new promo for the V Diaries rather than a new TV spot for New Moon and on that note I must go. Over and out...
